Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rei, including the Rei dashboard and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s terms and policies when using the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a server (guild), you represent that you have the necessary permissions to manage that server’s configuration.

Accounts and authentication

The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to authenticate you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for any activity performed through the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including abuse of rate limits).
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or Discord policies.

Server configuration and content

The Service lets you configure features such as welcome messages, logging, moderation flows, forms, and other automation. You are responsible for the configuration you set and any content you provide (for example, message templates).

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including adding or removing features. We try to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
